When you place an order or contact us, we may collect:

• The pet photo you upload so we can create your product.
• Order and payment confirmation details (payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details).
• Messages you send us through our contact form.

• To create, produce, and ship your order.
• To send order confirmations and respond to your questions.
• To resolve any issues such as misprints or damaged items.
• To improve our products and service.

We only share what's needed to fulfil your order — for example with our print and shipping partners and with 17TRACK for delivery tracking. We never sell your personal information.

We use essential cookies to run the store (like your shopping cart). You can opt out of any marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails, or by emailing us. You may also control cookies through your browser settings.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email support@laurenspawprints.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

We keep your order information only as long as needed to provide our service and meet legal requirements, and we take reasonable steps to keep it secure.
